We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. But we will try to accommodate any order change. The quickest way to get a hold of us is by emailing us at email@example.com. Please be sure to include your order number and to let us know what changes need to be made. We will be sure to let you know, as quickly as possible, whether we were able to make the wanted changes.
Typically we ship in the same business day (Mon-Fri). All of our products are made in our own shop, so it can sometimes be challenging to keep up with the high demand for our product. Please know that we are doing the best we can to get orders out promptly.
To review your order status, login to your Blackheading account. If you have any further questions or concerns, please let us know and we will do everything we can to help you with your order.
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 45 days from receiving your order. Provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. Only items purchased directly from Blackheading will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.
Shipping rates are different according to destination.
International orders, however, may be subject to import duties and taxes which we cannot cover.

If you haven’t received an order confirmation email, it is likely the result of one or two things:
Your order was never actually placed and processed.
You have entered an incorrect email address with your order
If you are certain that the email address linked to your order is correct, please check the spam folder in your mailing client for your order confirmation. In the event that you still cannot locate an order confirmation, please email or call our customer service department:
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 5 business days, please let us know by emailing email@example.com. We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, Blackheading has no control over these charges. Customs determines these charges and Blackheading has no way of knowing what these charges may be. Blackheading is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service.
